How do I download a sermon?

Downloading a sermon is simple. Simply click the “Download” link beneath the sermon you want and that’s it!

You may also need to right click the link and select “Save Target As…”. (Or something similar) From there you will be prompted to save the desired sermon to your computer.

NOTE: File sizes may vary depending on the length of the sermon. The average file size for 30 minutes of recording is 30-40mb.

When will last Sunday’s sermon be uploaded?

Our team aims to upload each sermon 1-3 days after the Sunday service or Special Event. This is gives our team enough time to edit, upload and troubleshoot any problems that may arise. We want you to have the best listening experience when downloading our sermons.

I’ve spotted an error! Who do I contact?

You can contact our Creative Team as soon as possible. You can also let our staff know at any of our New Heart campuses.

What file types am I downloading?

All uploaded sermons are formatted to a .mp3 file. In the case of a Special Event where a video is attached, you will be able to download them via our Vimeo page.
